Boyfriend wants me to move for a couple months

So I moved to Oregon in November and have been struggling to find a job (I've applied for many places and have been told I'm not qualified or haven't been chosen). I've been paying my bills myself up until this past month. I've contributed to groceries. The money I had for a house ($2500) got spent to help get my bfs vehicle out of impound and the rest on helping with food and stuff.

My bf recently decided that if I don't get a job in a week, he's going to make me move back to Montana for a couple months and then he'll pay for me to come to Oregon again. Said he can't afford to take care of both of us (still paying for myself for the most part) and needs to work some stuff out in his head by himself. I explained I'm not moving out of state when I am finally starting to get jobs actually wanting me just to find a job to have for a couple months to come back and do it all over again. I would just stay if I moved to Montana. To me the whole idea is stupid. I supported him many times when he wasn't working in Montana and I run errands and clean our room right now. He went and pulled a loan for us to get into a place of our own and then spent most of it to fix his truck even though he has a running car. He also got laid off last week. He says if I don't move after the week that he'll make one of my parents make me move even though they think the whole thing is stupid too.

I just want some input as to if I'm the one that's being irrational or what. Tia
