How many weeks am I

My ob said cant tell how far am I because on Tuesday she can only see the gestational sac and yolk sac no fetus as of yet to measure so she said if I go by my LMP which was June 2 she would see more then just that because it would make me around 7 weeks & a couple days which by what we seen I’m not. Also I have PCOS I know I was testing ovulation & got to positives on June 19 & 20. I have to go back on 8/1 I’m so nervous because I’m not sure how far I am also my HCG levels are slow rising but they are going up? Can pcos cause slow rising levels or any suggestions on how far I can be?
