My baby keeps hitting her head and getting arms stuck

I’m at my wits end with this! She keeps hitting her head, getting her arms and legs caught with her bed rails! She’s 6 months and I know bumpers are a huge risk for suffocation but I just don’t know what to do! She slams her head hard and hasnt learned that she just can’t do that! I’m fearful she will hurt herself really bad. There’s gotta be something out there or someway to help her! TIA
