Help !!!! My 7 th pregnancy !!!!

Hiya all I’m 36 weeks 2 days today I’ve been losing my plug very slowly for the last 2 weeks I’ve been having bad pains up my bits and normal with them pains it starts to open me up slowly but today I’ve got so much pain on and off and baby is pushing down at same time should I phone in or wait it out I don’t see my midwife now till 2 weeks time now and I’ll be 38 weeks then
