35 weeks 2cm dilated and 90% effaced

Had my normal appointment Thursday but told the doctor that I had a spot of blood when wiping a few days prior and what looked like losing part of my mucus plug on Monday. She did my strep b test and then decided since I spotted and have been having period like cramping she would check everything out. She checked and said that I am 2cm dilated and 90% effaced. Since I have a job where I’m on my feet for 12 hrs a day she put me on bed rest and told me to take it easy. They gave me steroid shots to make little boys lungs develop quicker. I just pray he will stay in for one or two more weeks. Let me know if this has happened to anyone else and share :)
