how to make your guy feel special

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years now. We’ve had a lot of ups and downs over the years and through it all we’ve always come back to each other with love. He’s my best friend but sometimes I forget to cherish him the way that I should and screw things up. Of course I’ve done it again and now I want to think of ways to make him feel special. Obviously actions speak louder than words so I too am working on my faults and tendencies and trying to be a better me for myself and him. He’s been amazing for years and I just want to think of cute things to make him feel good. Any guys out there reading have suggestions? If not ladies what are some things you know your guys would appreciate? I’m all ears
