Anyone over weight w/Fibroids TTC?

Question

Would really like some advice. My obgyn claims that my fibroids are not going to interfere with TTC and she doesn't see any other problems with my health besides weight. But yet, I have a very irregular cycle and never been tested for PCOS. Somethings not right, going to get a 2nd opinion Monday 😒

It depends on the size and location of the fibroid. If they are on outside, you are good.
But irregular cycle can be a concern that needs to be checked and corrected.

I’m overweight and had a fibroid. My doctor told me that it shouldn’t affect pregnancy, however it resulted in a miscarriage and they later deduced that the fibroid absorbed all the blood from the embryo and that resulted in the miscarriage. I would get a second opinion, I wished I did.
