Baby with a fever! (And inaccurate thermometers)

Sa

My 9 month old daughter has had a fever since yesterday around 5pm, so over 24 hours. I have been giving her tylenol every 4-5 hours because everytime it gets to 4 hours since a dose the fever comes back. Sometimes the fever is back within 2 hours of a dose as well.

She has no other real symptoms. No vomiting, diarrhea, rash, pulling at ears, etc. She is just fussy and has this fever!

I have 2 stupid thermometers and one does the forhead temp and the other does armpit and they both SUCK. I can take her temp 3 times in a row and get 3 totally different numbers! And both thermometers show different numbers.

Yesterday and this morning it was ROUGHLY around 100F but then this evening it reached 101.5F with being given tylenol. And now one thermometer has been showing over 102. Problem is I have no idea how accurate it actually is because then a minute later it is reading 101.

Basically my question is should I do anything more than keep giving the tylenol? Should I be super concerned? Should I take her to the doctor?
