Simple. So you think that if your SO either sends or receives (or both) nudes it is cheating?

Absolutely that's cheating (to me). That's someone he knows or wants to know sending intimate photos. Next step is physically cheating with this person they have access too. 
I've had it happen to me with an ex, and I forgave him, and he ended up cheating on me anyway with the same woman he was sexting with. But that's just my opinion. 🍀

Not cheating, but with intent to cheat. Who knows maybe the person has no intention to cheat & is just seeking out attention
