Bumps?

So I went bike riding in the woods the other day where the mosquitos were really bad and I was wearing shorts. After we got back to the truck I noticed an irritating feeling where my butt cheek creases it felt like a bump, so I figured it was a mosquito bite or a heat bump. But today it was nothing me still so when I used my camera to see what was going on it wasn’t just one bump, but multiple little bumps that kind of look like ant bites. Idk if its related to the trip in the woods but they are bothering me.
