Teacher’s to tell?

Im a teacher and we live in South Africa. We have school untill December. We only get a new class at January. When do you all tell your learners you’re pregnant? It has been their question for the first 7 months of this year!! Should i Tell them now? Or wait untill i have a baby bump?

I told mine at about 16 weeks when I started to show. I’d had three miscarriages prior so waited until we were all in the clear. Some of my students had known I’d lost babies though; I’d gotten very emotional when teaching pregnancy and reproduction in Biology and the seniors asked if I wanted kids.

Depends on what you are comfortable with and may also depend on students’ ages and of course how early you show. But definitely wait until you tell your boss. 
With my first I told them when we came back from Easter holidays and I believe I was about 18 weeks.  I told the headmaster before leaving for holiday and then told my students upon returning. I teacher secondary school.  One student had asked me right before holiday as I was starting to show and I answered honestly. (I teach secondary school)
