Fat removal?

Question

Has anyone had surgery or something to remove fat or to essentially lose weight? What are your experiences with it? I'm so fat and I've tried everything for years to lose weight but I've got pcos and a bit of a thyroid issue that makes it hard to lose weight and I wanna be thin I'm fed up of looking like the way I do. So if anyone has any experience with it please let me know/any advice is much appreciated!

I had a gastric sleeve done last April I paid it out of my own pocket even tho I was told the NHS would pay . I had alot of health problems and wanted another child so made the choice to have this surgery.  I am so much better now and my health has never been better  I went from a size 24 to a size 12 I am currently pregnant 6 months I have only gained 8lbs but baby is growing fine. Hope this helps

Surgery won't remove as much fat as you think it might.
If you carry a lot of your weight on your stomach you could qualify for a tummy tuck but the most I've seen removed is about 3kgs. It's not a huge amount in the scale but considering that fat is pretty light it will show a lot on your clothes. 
You can only safely do small amounts of liposuction (like 5l at most) because it's not just fat they suck out but blood and if you do too much you can actually die of blood loss on the table (it happened to another plastic surgeon, twice, while I was still in the field).
Have you worked with a dietitian as well as a personal trainer, are you in the right medication?
Surgery should always be a last resort because it's expensive and risky.
