Sleeping on front

My son keep sleeping like this, don’t worry I was awake the whole time he was asleep next to me like this. He sleeps in his own cot but I put him in our bed this morning after his bottle and I was awake the whole time!!!!

He can roll from back to tummy he just can’t roll back from this position!!!!! He never puts his face in his mattress! But every time I try to roll him back he just rolls back like this!

Is he safe? I can’t sleep because I’m up most the night just watching him and trying to roll him back
