Induce?

Edit: by embarrassed,  i mean... there are people who have real medical reasons to be induced, and i want to because im unconfortable and tried of being sick.
Anyway to get my dr in induce me early like at 38 weeks?
Baby messaures ahead as is, my first was 3 weeks early and weighed 7lbs 13 oz.
Im sick everynight from heartburn, where im puking for like 3 hours.
My back and hips snd KILLING me...
I want to ask... but im embarrassed to also lol

You can ask it can't hurt. You shouldn't feel embarrassed. Your doctor may agree or they may only offer it to people who need it or are past due. Either way I'm sure your doctor will not judge you just for asking.

Mine induced me day 1 of 38 weeks. I had lost my mucus plug and Dr was going out of town that weekend, so Nurse practitioner was like we can indict you tomorrow so you can be sure he gets to deliver.

I’m being induced tomorrow (39+1) because my husband will be gone August 5-15th and we want to make sure he is here for the birth and can spend a few days with her 💗 trust me I understand the embarrassment/guilt.... took me awhile to come around to the idea but my doctor is totally fine with it and I trust her. Never hurts to ask!!

Just ask! Worst they can do is say no. My doctor won’t induce for non-medical reasons until after the due date so it just depends on the doctor!
