Is pain normal 8 months pp?

Hello, it's been 8 months and my scar still itches in addition to intermittent pain. It's also still very raised. Are these things that go away? Or should they have resolved by now?

I'm also experiencing pain about a week before my period. It's hard to explain, it's not the typical crampy aches I used to get, but almost a really bloated feeling except it hurtssss for about a day.

Anyone experience any of this?
