Gestational diabetes test tomorrow..
I was told not to fast but to not have a high sugar diet the day of. Appt is at 130..
Was anyone told to fast? I plan to eat eggs and bacon in the am and not have my 1c of coffee (bc momma likes her creamer) .. no idea on lunch, may hold off until after appt to eat lunch.. I’m just scared I’m going to mess it up.
I feel like w my 1st 3 years ago I was told to fast 🤷🏼♀️
