Can men get UTI?

So on Friday we had anal and usually we both rinse off after well I was in the bathroom he got a business call and had to take it. So he never cleaned up. Well by Sunday he said he was having pain when he peed and was peeing blood. So now he’s all paranoid and I am a little too. Now we’ve had anal before and never had a problem. Like I said he just got distracted and didn’t clean up. I told him it was probably from him not cleaning up. I stressed to him how important it was. Just wondering if y’all know anything about this???
