Hard belly
I am 39 weeks + 4 days .
I get cramping every morning
My doctor hasn’t checked for dilation or my cervix yet .
Sometimes it happens at random my whole belly gets really hard . It’s not painful just really uncomfortable and I don’t understand why or if it’s a bad thing
