29 weeks and mucus plug came out. Been cramping on and off. Does this means i'm going to have preterm labour?

The only time you have to worry about your mucus plug is if it comes out with blood

Your mucus plug doesn’t mean anything because it regenerates. I lost it many times and I’m now 40+1 weeks pregnant. If there was blood it can definitely be dangerous tho because that’s when it could mean something. But I’d definitely call your doctor about the cramping to see why they think you should do
