Does progesterone fluctuate during pregnancy?

I am only 5ish weeks. Progesterone was a 12.0 three days ago and now it is 11.60.

Yes . When I going I was pregnant my progesterone was 11.9 . And then when I went back at 6 weeks for cramping it was 9 . They just doubled my progesterone  I dr said  the first trimester it can be 9-47 .
