Sleeping on my belly??

Question

Okay so I'm around 290-280. I carry all my weight in my belly. I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow when should I stop sleeping on my stomach? I don't have a physical bump at all and I've heard it doesn't hurt the baby its just not comfortable with a bump?
Help please! I've been trying not to but it's the only way I can sleep and it helps my acid reflux but of I need to stop for the health of my baby I will

The motto I followed was your body will tell you when to move 
If something is cutting off circulation or anything like that, your body will naturally respond by making you want to shift yourself to a different position. Same goes for laying on your back. A lot of people will also tell you not to really worry about your sleep position until closer to 20 weeks 
I say, follow what your body is telling to you, get a sleep pillow to help if you need it. I personally prefer to Boppy Side Sleeper Pillow if you'd like a recommendation!
And if all else fails, talk to your OB 😘

It’s not going to hurt the baby at all. Once you get further along, it’ll just be uncomfortable.

Im about 250lbs and I slept on my stomach until about 24-25 weeks when I just couldn't anymore because I felt like I'd burst. Now, at 29+3, I sleep like poop because my stomach is my favorite sleep position! RIP stomach sleeping... At least for another 10ish weeks...

I weigh about 260 but before getting pregnant I was 254. I slept on my stomach from 4 weeks to the end of 16 weeks. Now it hurts my back and my boobs. So now I lay on my left side of right.

I slept on my belly until I was 2 weeks before I had my son I didn’t show at all so it never bothered me and the doctor never said anything about it I told her I sleep on my belly so it’s really up to you if you comfortable or not and also talk to your doctor about it first
