Blisters on scalp? Cradle cap? Help

Hi there I’m 22 and I’m a first time mom. Anyways he’s 7 weeks and 2 days old- about a week ago he got three pimples on his head they looked like bites but I couldn’t really tell. Anyways it looks like they’ve scabbed up- not really sure if I should be concerned or if it’s normal- I have taken him out in the heat before so could it just be heat? Anyways please let me know what you think
