Help!!!

Omg omg omg I need help help! So I have irregular cycles already and my next period isn’t due until August 8th. I had unprotected sex two days ago, as well as having a horrible uti that I’m on medication for. Yesterday I noticed cramping In my lower abdomen on my right side but I just figured it was pms. Now today, I’m spotting red and pink blood and having on and off cramps on my right side of my lower abdomen. Should I worry? I know my body is changing and my hormones are already out of whack due to my irregular periods.
