Cravings and Heartburn

Literally everything is giving me heartburn all day every day at this point (35 weeks), so I looked up the foods that can make heartburn worse... and it’s all the things I’ve been craving!

🍋Lemonade (citrus fruit)

🍅Tomatoes

🍫Chocolate

☕️Coffee and caffeinated drinks including tea and soda (yes I’m still drinking coffee, no I’m not drinking tons of it)

NOT COOL, heartburn. Not cool. 😣
