My mother is making slight remarks to making sure my boyfriend doesn’t “control” me when I move. “You get a say in what you want to bring. Its your place as much as it is his. Don’t let him tell you what you can and can’t bring”. He’s... not? He’s just more prepared than I am, because his family is GIVING him things to help the both of us. Excuse me if I don’t want to bring my entire room with me when I move.

He’s bringing A dining table with matching chairs, a couch, a HUGE tv, a new coffee maker, his game systems, a safe, his collectibles, his clothes/shoes, and his dresser. He’s also going to be buying us a king sized bed because my queen mattress is VERY old and uncomfortable. Oh... NOT TO MENTION SOME OLD PERSON DIED ON IT. I’m bringing my little tv, my pots/pans set I got for graduation 2 years ago, my dresser, my blankets, and clothes/shoes.

Oh, and she’s also saying “well if you get the apartment, which you probably won’t.” Like WOW. That’s something I really need to hear! God 😡
