Birth control for 9 years

Hello everyone! I have had birth control for the past 9 years. The last 3 years with the nexplanon. I just got it taken out June 13th due to being 3 years and had to be taken out. I had just spotting a couple days after it was removed for about 2 weeks. Not sure if that was my period. Haven’t had a actual period since. Did a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Just curious as to when I should test again. I know everyone is different. I feel different like the pit of my stomach. But I don’t know if I’m just psyching myself out. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!
