So I've had Kyleena since September of last year, and ever since I've had gut wrenching cramps, the absolute worst I've ever had. I haven't bled in a few months but the cramps feel sharp and pain meds don't help and I've tried masturbating and heat pads and nothing helps at all. To rate my pain it's like 7 or 8/10. Should I call my doctor?
