Ectopic x2

Hello, I am reaching out for help here....I got pregnant last year and had an ectopic 12/11/18 (and a D&C.) I then was so excited to try again after waiting the 3 months suggested by our OB. Sadly, 6/10/19 I was rushed back into surgery for another ectopic on the same side. This time they took my left tube. The doctor said because I didn’t have a D&C we could try as soon as we felt ready. I’m just paranoid this could happen again or I won’t get pregnant at all.....anyone in the same boat? It’s super rare to have this happen (5% the first time and 10% chance the second time.) I’m just feeling hopeless and lost and frustrated. We of course want to have a baby so badly we started trying right away. Not sure how long to try before seeking fertility? Anyone?
