Hi, so I got my ears pierced a little more than 3 weeks ago (just normal lobe piercing) and I've been pretty diligent about cleaning them.

I noticed tonight, though, that one of my lobes is swollen and a little tender to the touch. It's also a little red but nothing crazy.

Is this possibly an infection, or did I possibly just agitate it?

Either way, what do you think should be my next steps and what should I look out for?
