I found out I was pregnant on July 18 and got a vvvvfl and clear pregnant sign on the 18th. I have an appnt scheduled already in a month but I'm confused and impatient and asking when did I conceive and have far along do u think I am?

As for conception - this is where it gets sketchy especially if you are only using the app to track ovulation. Conception may have happened up to 24 hours after ovulation since the egg can last for up to 24 hours. But it can then take up to 12 days to implant and this is the part that literally no one can tell you when it happened for sure.
This is why pregnancies are dated from the first day of your last period. Once you get your first scan your dates and weeks of how pregnant you are may be adjusted. Though they can still measure from your first day of last period date - also depends on whether your doc is measuring fetal age or gestational age.
