Orgasm help?

Most of the people online describe an orgasm as a feeling of overwhelming release. But I don’t feel that way. I feel very relaxed the entire time but then I just feel a building sensation and everything tightens up in one moment. That’s when I feel peak pleasure. Everything is so tight and overwhelming. Then after I feel release but it’s not really pleasure just an actual release of all the tension.
