Losing baby weight. What are your plans?
First off most important is my baby of course and I can’t wait to hold him in my arms and smooch him up 🥰. Praying for safe deliveries for us all #September2019babies
Now, I can’t help but to admit my anxiousness to drop the weight. I have a 3 year old and I never lost the weight as I would have liked to from that pregnancy. Now this time, the second time around I gained more weight and quicker. I’m thinking about juicing like immediately. I would juice for about a week the go on a low carb diet, plenty of water and hit the gym when I am healed enough. I’ve been here before and I know how easy it is to focus on baby and negligent yourself. This time I plan on regaining confidence in my physical appearance while still loving my babies more than life itself.
What are your weight loss goals/plans after birth. Please share 💖💙
PS I’m currently 5’9 202 I would like to lose about 45 pounds after pregnancy.
