Tips on staying ‘positive’
I’ve been so stressed and my mind has felt so foggy lately.. my anxiety has gone terrible I always have really bad anxiety inside my stomach, always have headaches and my depressions at a real low.. I sometimes just start bursting out crying for no reason.. it doesn’t help when so much goes wrong in my life lately or I try so damn hard but things keep falling apart. Everyone says be positive and this stuff won’t happen to u with a positive outlook on life but I try so damn hard to be positive but I just can’t? What are some tips that has helped You
