discharge on birth control?

so i know when you’re ovulating your discharge is usually wet, sticky, slimy, and increased than usual. since i am on birth control i dont ovulate, but my discharge acts like its ovulating when i would be if i wasnt on birth control. im not wording this very clearly but im trying lol. anyway im not worried about it at all i just wanted to know if that happens to everyone.
