HELP NOW I FORGOT TO TAKE MY PILL
So I’m 14 years old and I forgot to take my pill I take it at 9 pm and now it’s 3 am I completely forgot help me please I’m freaking out what do I do???!! Update I just took it now? So tomorrow do I just keep taking them at 9 pm my normal time?
