Hi ladies!!

I'm asking for your help with workout tips, routines, excercises. The areas I would like to work on are my butt (toning and make a little bigger) love handles, thin the thighs/shape the legs, and get rid of the mom pooch (all that extra skin that sags down). If there are items I need to buy or a certain amount and time I should be doing the workouts or if you have ideas and progress pics I'd love to see and learn! I'd like to feel healthier and look it too!
