Help please!!!

We have been trying to concieve now for 10 months, I know that's not that long compared to alot of people but I have been getting desperate becuase I really dont want to have to do fertility treatments. This time I decided to keep taking OPKs even after I got my first positive one. My positive ones have always been easier to tell becuase the test line is darker than the control line. Anyways long story short I got 4 days of positive OPKs before it started to fade. Anyone else have this happen? What exactly does it mean? Is it normal? Is something wrong with me? Thanks for any advice in advance!!
