Why number 4 isn’t happening

I have three children.
My now husband and I are ttc my fourth and his first. Using opks had sex 5x during the fertile window including the day of my LH surge and 48 hours after. Still no pregnancy. We’re both young and healthy.. about to be in cycle #4

Answer

It can take a little longer sometimes. Took me 8 cycles to conceive my 4th (plus a little help from femara). Just keep doing what you are doing and if you havent conceived after 6 cycles of properly timed intercourse (tracking with opks etc) then you can go see your doc for a little help.
