Do ovulation test work after miscarriage

I miscarried on the 13th with big clots  started spotting on the 8th and i just stopped bleeding 3 days ago and want to track my ovulation but i never done them so i was wondering if they work after a miscarriage? Or how can i track ovulation

Yes but take a pregnancy test first to confirm your hcg is out of your system first because hcg levels over 25 will usually turn an opk positive and you typically wont ovulate until they are back below 5 anyways. So sorry for your loss hun.
