10 days no contact

With my now ex boyfriend who walked out on me and my 37 week pregnancy, he’s still not contacted me to see if I’m ok, he hasn’t turned up at my house, he don’t even know I’ve been in hospital for high blood pressure, how can he be living his life happily and normal knowing he’s walked out on us, he’s got loads more kids with different women but he does see his kids, I just hope when I’m over him he dosent come back because I can’t take no more, my nurse said my blood pressures really high because of stress, all I can think of is he walked out on us again because he’s got someone else and he’s gone back to her again, I can’t take these thoughts in my head! Should I call him and tell him what a horrible person he is and tell him how much I hate him for doing this ?
