Relationship Abuse / Working

I was in an abusive relationship a two years ago and recently left it but last year I was working as a stocker at Walmart and one day I guess this guy was irritated because this display kept falling over that held Oreos and he just slammed the pallet jack and I quit the next day because I was terrified seeing someone that angry because of my abusive ex, now I work at Homedepot which is a really loud job things always slamming and dropping and I still jump sometimes but I think working there is helping....
