Why can’t dcf do their job?

Money to feed them no place to live, she has men on drugs around them and she’s physically and verbally abusive. I have watched her basically beat the crap out of her kids just because she’s stressed out with life. I called dcf on her. They gave her a day to come in and interview the kids so she basically coached them to say that nothing is going on. She told them that if they tell the truth they’ll end up with people that are worse than her and now she gets to keep them
