People who take maca root pills ...

Do you take your dose daily or every other day or weekly etc ? When I take mine daily for 2-3 days in a row, I break out all on my jawline .. I am allergic to all nuts so maybe this may be part of like a nut family? I’m not sure, but I don’t think pimples would even be considered an allergic reaction to it, it just makes me break out with big pimples you can’t pop.. any advice ?
