TMI: Swamp @$$

Does anyone have issues with 'swamp ass?' I'm towards the end of my pregnancy and for the last few weeks, I think I've had severe sweating between my ass cheeks. At first I thought it was urine, but then I thought sweat. But I really don't know. Thoughts, suggestions?

Please tell me I'm not alone. I've been preggers before and NEVER had this issue..... :/
