Tooth extraction

I don't know where to post this. But I got a tooth extraction done for 2 of my teeth. I got prescribed pain medication and antibiotics. When I took the pain medicine it made me nauseous and I got light headed. I have 3 kids. Ages 3, 1 and a 4 month old. I'm scared I'm going to pass out while home with them. Do u think it's possible if I call up to the dentist and ask for different pain meds?

I forgot to say I am allergic to penicillin and codeine. But when I got a c-section I got prescribed percocet. Should I mention it to them?
