Heal faster?

Is there a way to help your vagina heal faster pp? My doctor has cleared me for sex (although she didn’t sound too thrilled about it and said it will most likely be uncomfortable) and took out my stitches (external and internal) but there’s a loose flap of skin that still hasn’t healed quite right. It’s raw and tender still, at the very bottom of my vagina. It seems like over lapping skin was stitched together and I have this loose flap now lol. My husband comes home from being away at work Friday and I would really like to be intimate with him again! Ugh
