A little back story my neighbors dogs are known to get out of the yard. In December the dogs got out and attacked my dad. They bite him on the hand and the but and broke the skin right in-front of the neighbors. My dad called animal control they came out and the neighbors said that it never happened but there was obviously evidence so they got a situation. About a week and a half ago they got into my yard and came after me but my dog jumped in between and stopped the dog from getting to me then there other dog came after me and I hit it with a rake. When animal control came out they said It’s not a dog attack because I didn’t get bit and they said they won’t take the dogs until they attack someone four times. I’m so frustrated I was 14 weeks pregnant at the time and ended up in the ER due to extreme abdominal pain. I don’t know what to do at this point I’m afraid the dogs are going to come after me again and in a few months I know I’m not going to be able to defend myself like I did.
