Implantation or period

Hi ladies, quick question my cycle is pretty much always on a regular schedule maybe off by 2 days some months.. so long story short.. I went to yesterday evening around 4:30 and once I wiped I notice a bloody discharge.. well I thought nothing of it and I automatically thought it was my cycle.. after getting home I went to get pads but there wasn’t any blood.. I wore a pad all night still no blood I even took the tissue and press up in there a little bit.. it is just a little brownish discharge..i did test about 5 nights ago but it was negative.. I did a test because last week I had these random headaches that came 3 days in a row and one of those days I just knew for sure that I was coming down with something like the flu.. I even told my co-workers I maybe out the next day bc I feel I’m getting sick with no energy . But after a day it went away.. I have no sore boobs or anything strange accept for my cycle never spots once it come its continuous light to heavy flow! What are some of your experiences! Could I be pregnant?
