Projectile vomiting 🤮

I knew my baby had been feeling off the last couple days. He was running a temp, had loss of appetite and was extra clingy and winey. Well after I nursed him last mjbt he projectile vomited and then again at like 3 am. He’s doing better now-has been having consistent wet diapers. But he does have a fever. Surprisingly he’s still showing interest to nurse just no interest in foods. Any mommas have any advice on what to do or just encouraging words help too! It’s really hard seeing your LO throw up 😥
