Help me ladies 😭

So, I found out today that I am pregnant! Yay right??? Well, my boyfriend and I just broke up 5 days ago. I was so unhappy with the way i was being treated and previous incidents that had occurred. Now I get this news?! I have 3 kids from a previous marriage (8,7,5.5) and a 6 month old (biological father is not in the picture) which my boyfriend and I are currently in the adoption process with. I am so emotional about this because I did have a miscarriage back in April. This is the absolute worst time to find out i am expecting. I don't know what to do.
